Product Security Features
Secure login
Password complexity and MFA are standard features available to all samdesk customers. SSO/SAML is also available.
Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest meeting industry standards. Data is backed up regularly and all backups are encrypted.
Data Segregation
All customer data is stored in a separate database instance from our public incidents database. Dedicated customer databases are available on enterprise contracts.

As part of its commitment to security, samdesk maintains a structured and comprehensive security program in place to protect against security threats, prevent unauthorized access, and ensure the security and integrity of our customers' data.
